Some pics of life out here in the Serengeti

Having a dop & a gwaai on our very worn out deck. I hope those smoke quitters aren't jealous right now!

A little storm brewing over Kenya's Maasai Mara

The view from our deck

A beautiful rainstorm coming our way. That line of trees on the right is the start of the Grumeti River, one of the rivers the migration cross further downstream

Jackson with his grader on our deck

The Patrol team filling up with diesel

Our cool petrol pump next to one of our genereators

An old manyata (house) at a cattle boma

The bed inside the manyata

An old cattle boma with "housing facilities"

One of our 3 little, at the moment, resident leopard cubs

A couple of bateleur eagles

"Other" Jackson cooking up a bush breakfast of note for our guests

A very bright Maasai shuka look for the bush breakfast table

Not a bad setting looking onto the Kuka Hills

It's not always plain sailing
