Yesterday was a great day. Basically spent the whole day preparing the budget, not so much fun, but still had a few good laughs in the office with Rob. We took Jackson on a game drive and he spotted a white backed vulture flying over us, he also spotted baboons, giraffes, impala, warthogs, elephants and some seriously beautiful trees. He really does have an amazing eye and so thoroughly enjoys it. He is just the cutest!
Rob joined us on the drive and later for a braai on which we cooked boerie, fillet, and butternut stuffed with sundried tomatoes and gouda. Also had a couple of enjoyable drinks while staring at the night views. In bed by 10PM.
Woke up this morning with a puncture on the cruiser and the highlift jack not working to its full potential, so had a little frothy before walking to the office.
So far the rest of the day going ok. I need to go and paint some sealant on the now cleaned diningroom and bar/lounge floor. Also negotiating contract work for some builders over the next month.
