Hi Ken
Just to let you know that we had a cool trip from Jhb to here. Jackson was a star, even with us all being sick. He only had a hard time in the cattle class flight from Nairobi to Kilimanjaro, but then fell asleep in the car. We had a very nice Indian Curry for dinner that our mate had bought for us.
The next day we worked at the Office in Arusha a bit and then had a boozy lunch with Simon and Jo from Grumeti. That night I braai'd for everyone. The next morning we flew to Kleins Camp. I tell you it is great to be back. I forgot how beautiful it is here. So far we have had a few meetings, I have been scrubbing floors and we went on a game drive yesterday and saw squat. But we did have a very lekker braai.

ReplyDeleteSorry it's taken me so long to write a comment but have bee busy the last couple of weeks. ie Back to Aussie for a week,getting up at 3.30am and driving to Jo'burg for work this last week and the week before i went home. anyway enough of the sorry crap have been reading all the stuff you have been writing about since you went back and am really enjoying every word and all the pic's. One day Lynne and myself will get up there to see it for ourselves. Say hi to Tiff and hope to keep on reading your stuff.
This is the longest mail I have ever written (mum only get's 2 letters in 30 years and they were post cards, address and hello.
